When I went in the store, I was given time look for what I wanted, I went to look else where When I went back in I was offered a drink, I then went to look for the item I wanted, when I had been given time to look, the shop staff came to me and we looked at the Item. when looking for a bed sized three feet with am otterman, they only had one which was not did not have a powered one so I had too settle for a manual, I recently lost my wife and the changes was to stop me from having too climb to get clean sheets, and towel's. If you produced an Otterman in the fhree foot size I'm sure there would be lot more beds sold.

Staff were friendly and professional but not pushy, we were given answers to all questions and still allowed freedom to try all of the beds. We were also made coffee which was a nice touch.

The store assistant (Rav) was very helpful and showed us several different options which matched what we required. We were happy with the service and price of the bed.

Had no idea about mattresses when we walked in the store. Were met & helped by friendly, knowledgeable staff. There was no rush or pushy sales technique & let us try as many mattresses/pillows as we wanted. Made us a drink, answered all of our questions & showed us things we didn't even know about. Had never 'dreamed' it would be such a great afternoon out.

Tina was very friendly and helpful, she demonstrated how the bed worked we explained it was for my teenage daughter and Tina took the time to explain everything to her as well. All of your staff were smart well dressed and polite. The shop was warm and welcoming, in the summer im going to replace my bed too and will be coming back to your shop.

Tina was helpful polite caring and considerate. She had good customer service skills. Explained everything to us. I'm going to buy another bed in the spring. What more can i say.

The store attendant called Hollie at the Mansfield store was very friendly and knowledgeable. She was also very accommodating as she offered us a cup of tea or coffee. Whilst placing our order and doing the official paperwork of purchasing, she made the effort to talk and ask how our day had been. She even offered to try our mattress of choice with a selection of pillows.
