Tina was extremely helpful and was not pushy we were left to make decision in our own time.

The staff made us feel welcome from the moment we entered the shop. We were offered a drink and then Frances put us on the sleep match to see the best options suited to us, she was polite , professional and informative.

Frances was very efficient and made us feel welcome and after listening what we was after, shown us exactly what we was looking for. Very understanding about the kids and wasnt fased by them at all still being very friendly and professional.

Hollie was vert friendly and helpful

Frances, the store manager was very obliging and knowledgable about the products.

The assistants were helpful and knowledgeable. After going through her recommendations with us, she left us alone to chat and make our decision.

Frances from the Mansfield store was amazing, even thought we turned up at 5.30pm after we finished work, she didn’t rush us one bit considering the store closed at 6pm. She got us to try the sleep match machine to find out perfect mattress and she also included discount on a new duvet as we didn’t want the free pillows. (We was going to get the duvet regardless) but the gesture of good will was a bonus. She talked us through everything and found the perfect delivery date. We didn’t purchase any extras as being so close to Christmas we’re a bit tight for money. She is a pleasure to your team!

I felt I was given time to view the beds and guidance from the staff to help me choose the right bed for my needs

I entered the Dreams store and was immediately greeted by a member of staff who introduced himself -instantly giving a kind indication that All staff would help if any of my queries required answers.Putting me at my ease this way and encouraging me to browse at leisure helped immensely and a lady staff member who approached WAS INFORMED AND DISPLAYED SOUND KNOWLEDGE OF THE PRODUCT in support of my research whereby I was seeking quality to match my preferences thus effectively meeting my budget .The cost was well within my expectation& I purchase A SET OF ANTI-ALLERGY PILLOWS,PLUS A DUVET plus the DOUBLE BED BASE,MATTRESS AND HEADBOARD giving a very informed recommendation which influenced my decision to make the purchase,feeling my time and money were being well spent! Fantastic cup of tea as well!!
