We were greeted when we first entered the shop but left to have a look round, it's always good not to have pushy sales people not pounce on you as soon as you walk in! After finding a couple of beds we liked Tina was on hand with good product information & was very helpful, good advice & again not being pushy with sale.

Dreams really was a 'dream' experience. Attentive, friendly and knowledgeable staff, namely Chris in the Mansfield branch. He offered coffee, answered all my queries and showed off the Harrison Spinks beds that I had come to view. He was super informed and I was left in no doubt that these were the beds I would purchase. I returned a few days later with my husband and received the same attentive care. We purchased two divans and a mattress. He was so helpful with the offers and deals, giving us the best deal! Nothing was too much trouble, so thrilled. Would highly recommend.

Good choice of different beds and fantastic staff who are all very helpful. There was 3 people in store one of which was a man who worked for one of the mattress manufacturers was very helpful (didn't catch his name) and the other 2 staff in store made us feel welcome and were very helpful. Tina was excellent and another manager on shift (didn't catch his name either) were both very good

The staff made you feel relaxed and not pushy like some sales people.

The guys in store were very helpful and friendly, after visiting the store three days in a row we brought three beds and mattresses for our children, they were all happy after trying them out.
