When we arrived we were greeted by staff and asked if we need any assistance please feel free to ask any member of staff. After a few minutes we asked for help, so many beds and deals to take in it was a lot easier with help we were offered tea or coffee. Then asked what are we looking for and it was like talking to a doctor about how can we make you sleep a lot better the product knowledge of your staff was absolutely brilliant and we think we have made the right decision Thanks.

Ravinder was fantastic.. brilliant service the whole way through. What i liked most about my visit into your mansfield branch was that the sales advisors dont jump on you as soon as you walk in (unlike other stores), Only when you ask for help they come therefore you dont feel pressured. This was one of the reasons for the sale and also the fab offer you had on at that time. This visit was for a bed for my son and next time will be a visit for myself and my partner. Will 100% recomend you to all.
