Dreams - Mansfield

We were made very welcome by the Assistant Tina in the Store and even had a cup of coffee. We were made aware of all the products in the store and the type of beds available, allowed to try the beds, and check the prices. I had been into the Store the previous day and seen the same Assistant who had been equally attentive then and she remembered me when I came back with my husband. Although we could look around at our leisure the Assistant was there to answer all of our queries promptly.

Good customer service, offered drink while we was there, no pressure on making a purchase overall very relaxing.

When shopping at the mansfield store everyone was very friendly and helpful we were offered a drink while we looked around. The sales assistant Tina was very helpful in finding us what we were looking for. She was very patient answering my questions and offered very good advice. We didn't feel pressured to make a purchase at any point. Making the order was quick and painless.

The sales staff were very nice and helpful.Rav who dealt with us could not do enough for us he put us on the bed that tells you the best mattress for you he shown us a variety of mattress and did not rush you he even offered us a drink while we made our mind up. I will certainly recomend Dreams to other people

I was highly satisfied with the way the staff were with me as l was very confused over the amount of beds in showroom. As l wasn't sure what mattress to choose ie firm or soft .my first thort was to go home but the staff were so kind and helped me even made me a cup of tea and took the time to let me try lieing on the mattress to find the one for me and the right price for me l thank them for there kindness.
