Got the mattress we were looking for it was in store too try and we was able to take away on the day

Louise in the store was very friendly and knowledgeable and was able to reassure me that my needs would be met regarding the deivery

Staff were very welcoming, informative and helpful, showing us a range of products which met our requirements and helping us choose between them. The products themselves were of high quality at a reasonable price.

Early on this week I purchased a bed for my daughter but I also needed a mattress for myself. we was served by the same person and he was very helpful.

From the moment we walked in the salesman rav bent over backwards to help us, my pregnant wife needed the toilet and he allowed this straight away, he then demonstrated a good range of mattresses for our daughter and even gave us a free mattress protector, allowed us ample time to decide without any pressure and made us a cup of tea whilst we browsed. Great customer service and a great experience

Holly, Chris and Lou made it clear that they were available for assistance but left us to browse at our own pace without interference. This was very much appreciated and helped us to feel relaxed and able to make our choice with no pressure whatsoever. Even though it was the end of the day, we were impressed with how welcoming they were, even making us coffee! When the time came that we wanted to discuss our options Chris seemed very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions confidently. I liked that they remained impartial to our decision even though one of our options was far more expensive (I'm assuming this would mean more commission) but they did not attempt to sway us either way and gave us information about all our options.
