Dreams - Mansfield

This the 2nd bed ive brought from the Mansfield branch and both times was fast service the staff couldn't help me enough

Rav was brilliant , helped with all my questions and queries, stayed late to pit through my order with my daughter in law. All staff were extremely accommodating to my young grandson to at one point got over excited and banged his head which the tears were quickly solved by a female staff member producing some cookies. Really happy with everything nothing was to much trouble to explain.

Wasn’t in the store long before we were asked if we needed help. Sales lady Louise was very polite and spent time explaining the mattresses we looked at. She showed us all the ones that met our requirements until we were satisfied, and found the right one for us. We were offered coffee which we drank whilst our forms, payment and delivery were arranged. A very satisfying experience.

Upon entering dreams Mansfield we were welcomed by a very friendly store assistant by the name of rav, he listened to our needs and showed us what dreams had to offer, he offered us a coffee and left us to decide which I thought was a nice touch ( no pressure ) he was professional from start to finish.

This was my first time purchasing a mattress, the store assistant, Tina, was the perfect guide. A full evaluation of my needs were made, no shortcuts from our guide and I feel very satisfied with the information I was given. No bs, I was offered 5 matressses and advised according. Most impressively, I didn’t feel pressured or harassed to make a purchase or select a certain mattress. Top staff.

Friendly helpful staff, very attentive and sorted our order out very quickly, and explained everything. Sorted out delivery, installation of new bed and removal of our old bed.

The lady who dealt with us was really helpful and very nice to deal with .

We just want to say a massive thank you to Tina for helping us find our bed today, the whole experience was a breeze and we also got a cuppa which is always a bonus We came in thinking we knew what we wanted from looking online and just popping in the shop for 5 minutes or so beforehand, but it was suggested we try something that would help us decide which bed would be best for us or confirm that was the right mattress for us We were given a few choices but not too many that it made it confusing, and within 10-20 minutes we’d managed to whittle it down to 2 beds which we loved (neither were the one we thought we wanted before we came in store) we were also given plenty of time to try whilst we made our mind up, we also bought a frame which despite it not being in store we were directed to a frame that was very similar in size etc so we could get an idea we also got to see a sample of the fabric too The ordering process was also very easy and we got a weekend delivery date within 2 weeks Overall we couldn’t fault Tina at all and we can’t wait for our new bed to arrive, thank you again!

My husband has very specific needs because he is confined to a wheelchair so the height of the bed is most important for example. The service we received from Rav, the sales assistant at Dreams in Mansfield, was outstanding. He listened effectively to our requirements and identified the right base for us which had legs on it so that we could use it without the legs to make it low enough to support a deeper mattress that we had currently. He was very polite and it was lovely to be offered a cup of tea which made us relax and not feel rushed. I have to say that the customer service experience was incredible which is very unusual these days. Rav had many qualities to give me the confidence to buy.
