Chris was very knowledgeable with regards to the matresses. He friendly not pushy and offered a cup of tea. He took his time to explain the different types of matress and understand our needs.

everything was just right. the choice and ease of choosing . the staff were friendly and made us feel relaxed.

Was on crutches and store manager came to help. i asked for a specific bed manufacturer. Was asked what sort of pillow i slept on and he found something suitable. Had found bed i wanted and then he showed me a bed he considered to be more suitable for me and encouraged me to try two from that brand. I did order a bed but subsequently had doubts as to whether i had chosen the right one so on telephoning the store to express my doubts was invited back in to try the beds again. Having had my doubts answered on the phone i decided to stay with the one i had ordered.

I would like to say when we entered the shop we had a ruff idea of wat we wanted in a mattress but after Tina came across and started helping us we had to sit back and think again we cuddent believe how meany thing's there was to think about so Tina asked us if we would like to try the machine that tracks your sleep pattern so we did and we was glad to the sleep Patten machine come up with around 10 different mattress to try and Tina help us a lot and after around one hour we got the perfect mattress thanks to the help of tina

The guy who served me was amazing , he was not too pushy but exceptional at his customer manner and knowledge and when needed was incredibly helpful funny and on hand to serve . I was really impressed with the service I received!
