Hollie, the sales assistant was very helpful by first inviting us to use the mattress selector device to assess our needs.

Tina was very good. Gave us lots of information and made us feel at ease when shopping

We visited Dreams Mansfield and was more than happy with the service we received the assistance was called Tina and she was very accomodating what a lovely friendly person and would highly recommend her to all family and friends to be the assistant to deal with

Upon entering the store we encountered Louise who was fantastic. We were offered a drink which was quite unexpected but a nice gesture. Louise was very knowledgeable with the products and assisted us in buying a mattress. She even supplied pillows to try use whilst trying out the mattresses. All in all great customer journey and because of the initial welcome we went back to your store to buy instead of your competition across the road. We also encountered the female assistant manager who was lovely and welcoming too. We will highly recommend your store. Thanks once again

We came to the shop to look for, price and possibly buy a new mattress. We had recently replaced the whole bed and mattress (not from you guys) only 3 months ago but the mattress was like trying to sleep on a mortuary slab! We spoke with Hollie who was kind and patient with us. She showed us your products and we even had a go on your new machine which analises your sleeping patterns and positions. We settled on a new Mattress, Hollie said the insurance was a good idea and I got a new pillow too. Im not sure my husband was too impressed with me spending £85 on a pillow but it was lovely! At all times the staff were friendly, helpful, patient with us and really good. Hollie was particularly good, Thank you to all. We made the decision to purchase, got everything we wanted and delivery is only a week so highly impressed and pleased, wish we could say the same about the other shop we bought the first bed from but never mind, thats life, we live and learn and we wont go back there again. We will however come back to your Mansfield shop in the future.

Tina offered us great advice and helped us the whole time we were in store and was very patient with us. She is an absolute credit to your company. Store was clean and well presented We even got offered a cup of Tea which was GREAT. Small things like this keep customers happy. 10/10 for the ladies in Mansfield.

Very friendly and helpful

Me and my husband was werry satisfied after visit in shop. We don't know how chose property matter for us. Mr.Rav explain everything for us clearly any be with us all time. He listing us were cerfly and show us Mattress the best for us. Mr Rav was were professional and nice man.

Tina and Hollie were very knowledgeable, friendly and helped us choose the bed and the mattress.

Jane was lovely, had all the time in the word for us and was extremely attentive.
