The assistant was very helpful but not pushy

we tried the computerised bed to find the perfect mattress we were looking for and found it was very useful the serviced we received was really good and very good knowledgeable staff to assist in our purchases

Friendliness of staff

Claire at Mansfield store helped us as soon as we walked through the door. She set us up on the machine that recommends a certain type of mattress. We purchased a reduced Hyde & Sleep Raspberry due to a packaging change. Everything is brilliant with it. Very comfy and would recommend anyone to buy from dreams.

Overall, it was a good visit, staff are very knowledgable in the products you sell, which put us at ease. Not pushy, didn’t expect us to buy the most expensive mattress, gave suggestions on and off of the SleepMatch listings and took an interest in preferences.

Rav was excellent he didn't rush us and he showed us all different aspects of beds and mattresses. He also made us a drink. The showroom is also well set out.

This was my first time buying from Dreams and i was most impressed with the service my wife and i received from Rav, he was excellent in explaining things to my wife and myself and took his time there was no pressure at all, we had a good look round the store at Mansfield before Rav came over which was excellent,

Rav was very helpful. We described what we felt we needed, he asked us questions about what we were looking for and supported us through the choice. He wasn’t pushy, he just listened and made suggestions. Thoroughly recommend him if you are looking for a new bed or mattress.
