Very helpful and friendly staff

Problem with online order, the manager Chris in Mansfield store actually kept the store open later to help resolve it and went in early the next day to continue to help resolve it after someone in creations office went home mid email to him after giving the wrong account number and he managed to get it all placed for me with the delivery date I wanted.
