Chris/Hollie - very friendly, had a good laugh with them and very helpful, running a business around service and seeing and experiencing this as well, puts them up there with my business and my staff, bloody brilliant

Ravinder was very helpful and assisted us very well.

We found Chris left us alone when we first went in the showroom, then came over after 5 or ten minutes which we think was just about, right to explain the difference in mattresses etc. He helped us to narrow down the choices then picked one that we liked and matched our budget that we were prepared to spend. During the purchasing procedure he explained every thing we needed to know and gave us plenty of time to ask any questions. We both found Chris very professional and quite jovial through out our visit.

Your staff member was very very helpful, and caring, my mother has Dementia and can be quite annhandful but she managed with a constant smile

The whole team go out their way to make you feel welcome. Friendly and approachable but don’t hound you like in some stores. Happy to offer advice relating to your needs and don’t try to force on particular item on you

Staff approached us to make sure we were okay but didn't pester us too much and was super friendly and helpful.

The lady who served me was very helpful,and give me very good advice to what bed would suit me (having a back problem) I then changed my mind on the advice given, to a fantastic tempur mattress.. the mattress was a lot more expensive but I am so pleased and can’t wait for it to arrive. All the staff in dreams at Mansfield made me feel very welcome into the store, offered me hot drinks and was very chatty. I did ask a lot of questions and the lady was very happy to help me. I will be recommending the Mansfield branch to all my family and friends.

Louise who helped us was very friendly and made our purchase nice and simple. When entering the store she let us know she was there to help but also gave us the space to look around ourselves. She arranged for a delivery date that we needed and also for our old mattress to be taken away. We didn’t order our bed through dreams as we found it was a little more expensive than the one we found at bensons for beds which was similar. Thank you for your help Louise.
