Ravi the salesman was very knowledgeable and pointed us in the right direction as to what we wanted and gave us time on our own to make our own minds up

Just the way the staff whwre so help even though the better half had to try every mattress in the store.

The shop assistant whose name was Rav was so informative. He showed us a lot of different matresses . From cheap to more expensive. He explained everything about each one. Also telling us to try each one. We were offered a drink and our son a juice. He answered all our questions. He was not pushy ( if he was I would have walked out as I really dislike pushy people ) . I felt he had time for us. I must admit we paid more than I wanted to for a mattress but that was my husband being pushy lol. The mattress we finally chose was so comfortable so I cannot complain . Louise was fantastic, was able to answer all my questions and didn’t oversell anything, which I really liked, not being pressured.

The salesman Rav was super, went the extra mile to ensure I had the best deal and got everything I wanted, took time to show me different types of mattresses and pillows until I made a decision

Hollie who’s helped us with the purchase was very lovely and knowledgeable, not felt pushed to buy. We’ve came in just ‘to have a look’ and ended up spending £1500! And super excited and can’t wait to get our new bed!

We were greeted as we entered the store and asked if we needed any help or would just like to be left to look around, when we said we were just looking the assistant said that was ok and if we needed any help to just ask, we were not bothered by any other assistants and we were left to look around under our own steam, when we did need a little help the assistant was there for us and was very helpful to the point were we made a purchase, it was a very nice change to left alone to decide and not be bothered every couple of minutes by one of the assistants.
