Great customer service, very chatty and told me about the discounted items that was on offer just because I had brought a mattress. The shop was very clean and welcoming. The gentleman that helped me taking my item to the car was very polite and had a laugh.

Because the assistant Chris was really very knowledgable and wasn't over power selling and left us to try the mattress out I have had spinal surgery and needed to make sure I was purchasing the right mattress for my needs and Chris was very good at recommending which would be best while we was there my husband All so brought the same for himself all the staff was very helpful and appeared very friendly and didn't seem to much trouble would highly recommend dreams

A very enjoyable customer experience throughout my time in store. Very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable staff who generally took a personal interest in our requirements and offered sensible product solutions to meet the same.

We went into the shop with an idea if what we wanted, and came out with what we wanted at the price we expected.

Friendly greeting upon entering the store and not pushy which is why we engaged with Chris immediately telling him what we were after. He was super helpful and his colleague made us a drink while Chris was helping us. His colleague wasnt busy with a client and was helpful with us too. Professional staff, both with a good (appropriate) sense of humour and cheery outlook made for a lovely experience. They are a credit to your company. Have already recommended.
