Dreams - Mansfield

Everything seemed to go smoothly as soon as we stepped into the store.Claire the person who served us was very helpful and attentive without being pushy/forceful. I would gladly recommend the Dreams store in Mansfield to anyone who was going to buy a bed/mattress. We were given a delivery date by Claire and can't wait to try our new bed and if the service we received is anything to go by we should sleep well and have many good Dreams

Superb experience! We were greeted by member of staff to see if we needed any help. Staff member, Louise, was friendly and knowledgeable without being over bearing. She made us a drink of tea and left us to decide which mattress we liked best from the fee she recommended Once we choose, purchase andexplanation of what happens next was first rate.

From the minute we walked in the store we were helped but without being pushed.. we were very well looked after and the price was reasonable for what we purchased.

I was assisted by Tina during my visit to the Mansfield store. She initially explained the types of mattresses available for me to purchase, and provided me with two pillows to use while trying out the mattresses. She was polite and knowledgeable about the products. She gave me the time and space to try out different mattresses, and made me a cup of coffee. She checked in with me on a few occasions, but there was no pressure to purchase. Overall I found that I received an excellent level of service, and would recommend this store to friends and family.

David was friendly & professional. He listened to my needs & has a polite & approachable sense of humour & manner

I just wanted a mattress, I didn’t need lots of chat from the sales person. It was a very straight forward and easy process
