The sales assistant was very knowledgable & everything we requested it wasn’t too much trouble for her.She wasn’t a pushy salesperson & didn’t try to make us buy anything we didn’t want.So on a basis of 1/10 we highly recommend her (TINA)

The staf (Chris) was very knowledgeable and gave us impartial advice. He wasn't pushy at all. Gave us enough space to be comfortable but on hand when we needed him

I was highly satisfied with my experience the staff looked after my mum, son and myself. I spoke to all staff in the store and tried out many mattresses to make sure I was picking the right one for me. They could even deliver it to my new house in so many weeks later.

Really friendly atmosphere and chat with your colleague. I came to shop to check some mattresses I seen online, but I received proper advice and answer for all questions I had. Even more,because been advised about insurance offer and 40days comfort (sorry can’t remember exactly name)

Highly satisfied with the headboard we ordered and the friendly staff. A few years ago we bought a bed from Dreams and a headboard for our other bedroom and we have been very satisfied with the quality, so that’s why we returned to Dreams for this purchase.

From start to finish . Your friendly assistent answered all my questios & was very quick in dealing with me, but also gave me the time to have a think of what i really wanted. Very Very good.

When walking into the store we where guide to what we wanted and left to try out the beds and no pressure was place on us at any time, when we had chosen the bed the staff was quick to help, we would have like to have taken the mattress that day but unable has explained by the staff.

We went to your Mansfield store and dealt with David, a lovely chap who was more than happy to spend time looking after us, very knowledgeable and rather entertaining too, extremely happy all round.
