The service we received from the saleslady was exemplary,freindly not pushy at all informative and polite lets hope all is still good on receipt of goods

Staff were interested in what was right for us not trying to sell us something we didn't need, which is refreshing. Staff took the time to help us choose what was right for us and made us feel at home. Prices are very expensive but the interest free credit helps.

Lovely sales assistant - very knowledgeable and professional and she listened to my needs and matched them to a few products for me to 'try' . She made me a coffee too! I bought my last bed from Dreams and have been impressed so decided to look for my new purchase from Dreams again!
