Dreams - Mansfield

Was greeted by friendly helpful staff (Bev) who asked what we wanted. She gave us a quick overview and asked us to try some beds and offered drinks. We tried some and left the store to look at other stores to try other mattresses, we did not find what we wanted elsewhere so returned. We were not pressured in any way.

Staff were very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and gave you as much time as needed to look round and test the different products.

Beverly the lady who assisted us was very helpful and gave us the time we needed.

The salesperson was very patient, helpful and understanding of our needs particularly as we had our 3 year old twin grandchildren with us. My only slightly negative comment would be the amount of paperwork associated with placing the order.

The staff member we were looked after by was very formative, professional and friendly, we felt comfortable and not pressurised which normally puts us off.
