Dreams - Mansfield

On arrival i explained to your colleague RAV exactly what we were looking for and he directed us to the appropiate section of the store. He showed us an item which suited our budget and he explained the product to us and also showed us how to set it up. He was not pushy at all and spent ample time with us.

A lady called bev was very nice and another assistant made me feel very good and made me a complementary drink while she was doing my paperwork

The member of staff dealing with us was so helpful and knowledgeable. We were given every assistance and advice. The humour of our salesman was shared with all of the staff at Mansfield.

The store is well lit and well laid out it is clean and inviting. The staff - Louise - delightful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble but she wasn’t overly pushy (this would have put us off) . The store manager was also very helpful and even rearranged mattresses onto different bases so we could make informed choices- all together a really good experience.

We had to revise our order because our house sale had fallen through and we had to amend our address. They did there best in store to help us with this problem which had already been a stressful time for us.

Good friendly staff, knowledgeable and got me sorted quickly

We were met by the Manager who was most helpful, directed us to the item we were buying. The choice was huge, but with a little help we chose the item and placed the order and paid the amount. All staff seemed happy, which is a good sign of a happy unit, and it proved so. We are now awaiting delivery of the item ordered..
