The sales assistant Hollie was very patient, I have problem with my back and have very specific requirements she was very knowledgeable and helpful at no point did she make me feel I was too much trouble..

I didn't have much time during the first visit but I was asked if I needed any help very quickly and was shown the items available to me without hesitation. I returned to the store a few days later to place an order. Everyone was very friendly, offered us refreshments and my daughter a lollipop. Everything regarding the order and any additional benefits were explained fully.

The lady listened to what we had to say and was very helpful in finding us what we required my daughter has a medical condition that causes pain so when I mentioned this to the lady she took us all around the store so my daughter could try all mattresses to find the best one for her.

The assistant Hollie, was extremely helpful. My husband is disabled and she went out of her way to accommodate his needs. She listened to us regarding the kind of mattress we were looking for and my husbands specific needs in relation to his disabilities. She pointed out which she thought would best suit his needs in a variety of price ranges and gave us the time required to test and decide.
