Was struggling to find a mattress to suit me and my partners needs Rav made it so easy and was a top speck assistant!

Friendly helpful staff made us feel comfortable no hard sell

Advisor was very knowledgeable and helpful, gave us space when we needed it, we did not feel under pressure to place an order. All the staff were friendly and welcoming.

We were pleased that we were allowed time to look around on our own without being pounced upon immediately. The Manager then approached to explain the system of colour coding and even gave us some pillows to match our requirements and suggested we try out the different options. which we did.

Chris the store manager was friendly and helpful throughout my visit. I found what I needed and all the extras with his help and recommendations.

Particularly liked the fact we didn't feel pressured/pestered. We have been to a few places and walked out because of that!

A lady called Beverley assisted us on our visit. My partner has struggled with finding the right mattress for a while and we have had 2 failed attempts already! Beverley took the time to listen properly and understand his needs. We did not feel rushed at all (the drinks were very welcome!) and she demonstrated a good knowledge and understanding of the products in store. She showed excellent patience (we can faff a bit) and our final decision to purchase was very influenced on the way she treated us. She did not push us at all (a complete turn off in any shop for me) and treated us with respect, showed a good understanding of us and our humor and we felt like we were the only customers in there. A big thank you to Beverley and loved the shirt!

Beverley who dealt with us asked plenty of questions about what we required, then gave recommendations to the different types of mattresses we should try. She provided pillows and a cup of coffee too, no pressure selling either.

Beverley was brilliant , we had mentioned we were looking at Hypnos beds, and she told us about Dreams equivalent. She answers every query we had in detail and with confidence. A great ambassador for your company.
