Beverley gave us her full attention. Explained the product fully and helped us to make a choice between 2 very similar products. Her advice and knowledge helped us make this decision easily.

the assistant that helped us went above and beyond to help us pick the bed we needed. The ladies name was Bev. Excellent service. Very cheerful and polite ,stayed with us all the way.

We didn't get any pressure sales, had time to make our own mind up, then asked for advice when we needed it. Claire provided the advice and help we needed.

Was very impressed with the layout of the store and the quantity and quality of items on show. The best thing was the help I received from Louise - she was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful, understanding what I was looking for.

Plenty of items to choose from, competitive prices...return shoppers and we got Rav to make us a coffee

During our visit, Claire was helped us choose the right bed. She was very friendly and informative and was patient during the time we spent there.

Rav was absolutely incredible, he was really patient with me, knowing how important sleeping is and why the mattress had to be absolutely right. He made the process a joy, he tried me with different pillows, asked about the sleeping habits and suggested things that would account for those issues or habits. Rav really was incredible and he really did make the shopping experience absolutely wonderful. I don't usually purchase in store but I really wanted any commission to go to Rav because he deserved it for his exquisite attention to detail, his incredible customer service and his product knowledge. He is really an asset to the Dreams Mansfield team and I will literally be recommending everybody go there and purchase from Rav because he has the customers best interests at heart. I came away with the PERFECT bed on order and I know I will sleep soundly for the first time in months when it arrives, thanks to Rav <3 Please please give him some sort of bonus or pay rise or something, I've never experienced such incredible customer service.

We came in in the morning and Claire at the Mansfield branch spent a good hour letting us try various mattresses and also talking us through each one we tested . This made us come back later that day after we read the reviews to come and ask for Claire again and make our purchase. She was also very good with our little boy

We were looking for a bed and mattress with our 20month old baby. Bev served us at Mansfield, and was able to discuss the products, seek what we wanted/needed whilst our child obviously distracted us. Bev was patient, made us a drink and her college got my daughter a balloon. The fact she took time to serve us and remained courteous was a massive plus. Now I'm looking forward to receiving bed and mattress in a forbights time.

The customer advisor, Bev, was friendly, helpful and very polite. She was welcoming and kind, nothing was too much trouble.
