The reason why I was highly satisfied The lady found me the most comfortable bed I can't wait for it to arrive. She was very helpful all the time making sure in finding me the right one. I enjoyed my drink too.

We visited the Mansfield (Nottingham) Store and were warmly greeted by Rav who helped us find the perfect mattress (because we were clueless!). A great selection of Mattresses, we were spoilt for choice!

The manager of the store took time to explain the difference from one mattress to another to sort out the mattress my father required nothing was too much trouble.

The store assistant was most helpful and gave no sense of pressure. She showed me the product she thought matched my needs, responded by demonstration to my questions, checked order dates of various combinations to meet my needs- and I bought with ease.

Able to offer advice to suit our needs.Bev was an excellent advisor for your products and extremely knowledgeable. We would be happy to buy from her again.

we had a great experience offered coffee, we had time in the pod getting to try the beds this was a great advantage, we felt confident in the sales team and Rav also offered the less expensive option so felt assured it was about getting the best product and NOT just getting a sale, Very impressed to be told by Rav that i qualified for Non Vat payment via my disability as this was a massive saving on such an expensive item just proved he was listening ( would still liked a little haggle room though) i run a large retail business and always like the chance to congratulate people on good customer service, well done Rav the team & Dreams
