Was allowednto browse at our our pleasure and didn't feel pressured in to making a purchase. Help was readily available fromsraff, and on making enquiries about the products we were interested in, staff were helpful and had knowledgenofnthe products.

GOOD SELECTION OF MATTRESSES. CLAIRE HAD GOOD PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE AND GUIDED US TO MAKING THE RIGHT DECISION

We had no intention of purchasing a bed on our visit ,we really just came in for a look around and to see what was available and the prices. The assistant that served us was very helpful and we liked a bed you had on offer ( so the price was even better ) Overall was very pleased with our purchase and it stops the wife nagging about needing a new bed.

We entered the store with no idea what we were looking for. We asked Beverley for help as we didn't know where to start. She asked us lots of questions about what type of mattress we were looking for (hard or soft) and how we slept. She then took us round the store getting us to try different beds, we weren't the easiest of customers! She then got us to try one which was completely different which we fell in love with and just had to buy. As the mattress was so cheap, and Beverley was so helpful, we decided to also buy the bed there and then. Customer service was great by both members of staff, and we were made to feel very welcome (thank you for the drinks!)

Beverley was very helpful, explaining all the different mattress types and gave us time to try them all out. She was very knowledgeable about the bases & headboards too.

Staff wasn't pushy and they let us look around for as long as we needed and was there to help us decide what sort of mattress we both found comfy. Sorting the finance and purchase out was very easy and didn't take long at all. I was dreading taking my little boy bed shopping but the staff was great with him

No pressure sales, i did not know what i was wanting. The service was brilliant and so easy to deal with. Went through all of the options available to me.

The choice was great and the manager Chris was extremely knowledgeable and helped us with the right choice of bed and headboard.
