Chris/Louise were helpful knowledgeable and concise. We had no problem choosing the bed and mattress we needed.

Customer service was lovely,not too in your face .It was lovely to browse without being bothered all the time.

ATTENTIV AND NOT PUSHY SALESLADY VERY PLEASENT

Unsure what I wanted..Louise in the Mansfeld store was incredibly helpful and took me around all the different beds and mattresses, explaining all there was to know about each one. I left the store and returned ne week later. Louise was once morethere and was again supportive and helpful. The store looked bright, clean and inviting.. I had another competitive quote but choseto return to Dreams because of the excellent service
