We went in to the store looking at changing our mattress. After talking to the salesman Rav we bought a whole new bed. He gave us lots of choice and after discussing various prices and comparing to other shops we had visited, we found it only a little more expensive to get a new bed and mattress and upgrade to a king size with ottoman storage. Delivery date was arranged to fit around our holiday so all in all a great shopping experience.

Found assistant very helpful and extremely polite and knowledgable. We most certainly visit the premises again.

We went looking for a new bed and mattress a man greeted us in a very friendly polite manner to ask if we needed any help but we just said we were having a look first around 15minutes later a lovely lady called Hollie came over to help us as we couldn't decide what would match our room she was very helpful in every way and I couldn't have asked of anything else they provided all the info needed and asked, also were quick to place the order as she could see my little boy was getting tired overall lovely team and great experience will definitely be popping back in for a bed for my little one :)

The sales person was very friendly, (but not too friendly, or pushy) and knew what he was talking about, we were offered a drink minutes after arriving.

Very happy with product I chose and the sales assistant was extremely helpful and obliging.

We were met at the front of the store by your colleague in a friendly manor. She took time to understand exactly what we were looking for and ensured we tried multiple products to meet our needs. Advised to lay on the mattress in normal sleeping position to ensure suitability and then offered a range of different products and price ranges in till we found a suitable product . Very knowledgeable to ensure that we only looked at suitable products for our style of sleep making a very efficient visit with a 10 month old baby. Also offered a cup of juice as it was a hot day....nice touch

Once entering the shop the assistant was very freindly and polite, she made us feel as ease and even asked what we were looking for and listened to everything we had to say and even answer all our questions. The shop assistant also offered us refreshments while we looked around the shop even going to the extreme of getting our 5 year old son a drink, she also asked if our son would like to do some colouring while we looked around at the products. Our son was in his element and thought it was brilliant that he could colour in a shop. Once we had picked the products we wanted Bev was extremely clear about all the different options of delivery and how To ccomplete the purchase. The shop assistant was very clear about all the terms and conditions and how the 40 night exchange offer works. Me and my partmer were highly satisfied with our experience amd how both us and our son were accomodated during our visit that we would not hesitate in returning to this store. 5 star service.
