Ravinder gave us lots of information relevant to our needs. He described the products well and made us feel like valued customers. He was very polite and welcoming. We were very pleased with the products he showed us.

Beverley was very helpful and listen to my needs and then helped me choose from the information I had supplied to her

The store had a large selection to choose from, and the member of staff who served us was very friendly and helpful with all our requirements.

I entered the Mansfield store with 3 foster children and Rav helped with drawing their attention to a table where he set them up with colouring. This allowed me to concentrate on looking for what I'd gone into the store for and with Rav's knowledge I was able to determine my choice with full understanding of the quality to suit my needs. I look forward to the prompt delivery and getting a better nights sleep.

The Chap was very helpful, he seemed to have all day for us on our visit, made uis feel very wlecome without being a pushy saleman, arefreshing change He looked after us superbly from us entering the store to assiting with advice on how the beds react/work and what sort are good for support in back issues. His knowledge was excellent, and seemed to know the products extremely well. The coffee was a welcome treat too.

We went first to the Sheffield store but the bed wasn't in stock.An assistant kindly rang the store at Mansfield and they had it there. We drove to Mansfield as I wanted to try the mattress.The assistant was most helpful and was able to give us all the information necessary.We were offered a drink whilst the order was completed. All in all,a really pleasant experience and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dreams.

I visited the store after having issues with a nearby bed store. They had discontinued an item I had ordered 2 months ago and were not offering me an alternative product so I still had a mattress on order however was due to move into an empty apartment so timing was key as was the product I had chosen. Shortly after arriving in-store I was offered help and I explained my circumstances about needing a frame at a certain price point. From then on we looked at the mattress I'd previously ordered elsewhere and looked at whether Dreams could build a comparable package of frame and mattress. We also viewed online products and checked product availability (important as I was moving in 5 days). I was given information on suitable products, prices and availability and put under no pressure at all. Hollie was so incredibly helpful and sympathetic to my dilemma that I really feel customer service was excelled. Other colleagues also helped with questions and I really felt they worked as a team to get the right product for me. I ended up cancelling my order with the other supplier and placing an order with dreams instead.
