Highly satisfied with my experience at Dreams in Mansfield. On my first visit, Louise, helped me with all the information with the bed I was interested in and gave me the information to go away with. On my second visit, Chris helped me to complete the purchase of my bed detailing any information thoroughly. Both times, Bev, offered me a drink which was a great touch. Great bunch of stuff all round, fantastic store and really happy with the service.

Rav was very friendly on our first visit. I couldn't buy straight away ( i thought i had some vouchers but didn't). On returning another member of staff sorted everything out without a problem.

My sister and I took our father to choose a new mattress for his motorised bed.He has problems with mobility and uses a walking frame. The beds and mattresses we needed to look at were situated at the back of the shop as far from the main door as possible. Dad had great difficulty in walking this distance. The sales man was lovely,very helpful.He made cups of tea for us all and was very patient whilst we made our devicions

The Assistant was very helpful and new her products, she did everything to help makeing the experience as pain free as possible when spending over £1500 having a Tamper mattress herself she was just the person we needed to help and advice.

The salesman was highly professional and knowledgeable, friendly, patient and helpful. The store was well laid out, with plenty of visual aids to explain the differences in bed types. We we not hurried or pressurised and allowed to come to our own decision by being presented with as much choice and as many facts as possible.

From entering the store, we were made to feel very welcome. Especially having a toddler with us we were made to feel very comfortable. The store assistants were all brilliant entertaining my son and offered me and my wife drinks. We were never pressured into making a purchase and we were told about offers and what would be suitable to our needs. As I suffer with a bad back and my wife with scoliosis we were shown multiple mattresses and tried them out. We was also shown different ranges of pillows that were to our needs. We were offered cover on all our goods and shown through our contract thoroughly. The sales assistant that took our order was such a lovely lady and couldn't sing more praises. The store was very clean, friendly and welcoming. Well done guys!! Will definitely be recommending to friends and family.

Being able to see and test the mattress for suitability also very pleased with the shop assistant who I found to be friendly and polite.
