Me n my girlfriend were highly satisfied with the customer service that we received from Beverley, she made the experience a laugh in very comfortable environment..

Very clean and tidy store. Knowledgable and helpful assistant who catered for our needs.

One of the main reasons was down to the lady we dealt with (Louise) Her product knowledge and personal skills we exceptional, nothing was too much trouble, she was fantastic to deal with. A real credit to your business and team at Mansfield. To add to this your store and products are superb.

The lady that served us was very knowledgeable and helpful. She gave us time to look on our own but also gave us the right guidance.

Raj was very patient, understanding and caring. He helped us to find the perfect bed, mattress etc. He gave us drinks and my little boy a biscuit too. He had outstanding product knowledge and explained everything we needed to know.

I was served by Louise who had approached me with the offer of assistance whilst I was browsing. She was helpful and knowledgeable about the products and I didn't feel rushed into making a decision from the wide variety of beds on display and I was able to choose a delivery date which suited me.

All the staff were very helpful. My cousins came with me and the staff made sure all our questions were answered. They allowed me plenty of time to make my mind up & didn't pressurise me.

I highly saticified the sale representive Bev.she so good.she provide excellent service.she help me to make best decision for my purchase.when I left the store I was so help.i definitely recommend her to my friends & family every time they go dream ask for Bev to help them to make right decision fir any purchase.

From when we first stepped inside Rav the salesman was brilliant, his attention to detail was fantastic! The only 2 things which made my visit disappointing was we found the perfect matress to realise 10 minutes after that it was unavailable in superking size- not your fault! And we purchased an ex display tv bed- great price! To be told they will dismantle the bed 3 days after we have bought it(sold as seen) so In those 3 days anyone could come In and cause any damage!

went in the sales staff were not pushy but very helpful. tried the mattresses we were intrested in and shown further options which were helpful. Before deciding which we wanted sat down worked out the finance got a date for delivery and back on are way home delightful experiance thank you.
