Dreams - Mansfield

Rav at the Mansfield store was an absolute pleasure to deal with an was extremely helpful and friendly throughout our sale

The staff were very welcoming and had a good selection of mattresses on show, Beverly the sales assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable in understanding my needs for a mattress that suited my needs and my budget

Great products and brilliant staff

The assistant was friendly and knowledgeable Nothing was too much trouble he even went and measured the distance from the bottom of the bed to the floor when I asked him.

We were treated very very well, all the infomation was provided to us and we didn't feel pressured in any way to purchase more than what we needed but suggestions were made which we jumped at the chance for.

The sales person was very knowledgable of the products.

Assistants answered every question we asked. We were very satisfied with their knowledge of the beds. They were very professional and helpful.

In the Mansfield store we were delighted with the quality of choice and high standard that Dreams offered. We were greeted by Rav who left us to look around and we didn't feel pushed or as though we were being followed like you do in some stores! Very quickly we found the Ellis bed in dark grey velvet which was of a great price thanks to the sale and was everything we were looking for! We went ahead with the purchase and there was a problem, which was about fault, arranging a credit agreement. However, Rav worked tirelessly throughout until after closing to ensure we were entirely satisfied and we would have no problem recommending this place to our friends and family and even eyed up another bed in there that we like for the spare bedroom! First class from when we first walked in until we walked out of the store!

The assistant Hollie was very knowledgeable and patient. She didn't pressurise us, but recommended beds to try. We weren't really out to buy a bed that day but we felt comfortable looking around without being bothered by staff. Hopefully will be happy with the result.
