Beverley at the Mansfield store was extremely understanding to my needs, having a back injury, she listened and advised accordingly.

A good opportunity to see a large range of beds in one store, although making the best choice quite difficult, but the assistant was more than capable of giving appropriate advice and guidance The opportunity to try the beds with a suitable pillow was particularly useful, as was the opportunity to try beds with newer technology eg those with gel filling Staff were pleasant, amicable and knowledgeable and by no means 'pushy'. Altogether a pleasant experience

Chris explained everything we had to consider buying a mattress and gave us plenty of options and time to choose. Also he stepped away while we made our decision and was available for us as soon as we decided to purchase. Also we were welcomed by his other colleagues and offered drinks.

Really helpful assistant. warm and friendly, lovely atmosphere in the store from all assistants.

very good service assistants very helpful but not pushy, helped finding the bed we was after as it was not on shop floor shown item on comp hope the bed is as good as the service we was given

Bev was very helpful and at no time pushed us to buy and answered all our questions
