Staff really friendly, not pushy and gave us time too look round, give help straight away when asked, very knowledgeable on all products

I am highly satisfied with Dreams, from the first step into the shop, i was welcomed by the assistant,and spent alot of time in helping to give me advice to make my decision to my purchase,all went very well .including delivery,Would recommend to anyone,well done Dreams.

Friendly and helpful staff. We had chance to walk around on our own first then was helped by a member of staff. We were then shown a mattress. We wasn't rushed or pressured and had plenty of time to try the bed out. We were left on our own to see how we felt about the bed.

I felt quite daunted upon entering the store and seeing so many choices of beds, good in the respect of finding a suitable purchase but a little worrying when not having a massive amount of time to make a decision. I needn't have worried as Claire approached me quite quickly and put my fears at rest immediately. She listened carefully to my requirements and guided me to the beds that she thought would most suit my needs. She was absolutely correct in her assumptions as I would have been happy with any of the beds she showed me but, with guidance from Claire about my posture position whilst trying out the selected beds, I am convinced that I have made the best decision for my health and comfort needs.

The Staff could not have made me feel more at home. They bent over backwards to help and showed me options that I hadn't considered. They made it a very pleasant experience. The store was well laid out with plenty of stock to try, and they were happy to give me the time and space to make sure of what I wanted

The gentleman that served us (Rav) was very helpful, polite and knowledgeable. We were shown around the store and a considerable amount of time, thought and effort was put into our purchase. We would happily return.
