Sales staff were not pushy and listens to what we wanted

Claire at the Mansfield store, took the time to understand what we were after. Was very accommodating. Our daughter (3 years old) felt comfortable trying the beds and we were offered refreshments

the assistant was pleasant and knew exactly what we wanted and placing the order was quick and very pleasant

We were offered a drink on arrival then asked if we needed any help and what specific details we were looking for then were left to decide.

Friendly staff good quality of products not pushy staff left alone to chose at ease

Staff were very helpful and answered all questions . Wanted to look at back of headboard for fittings & they moved it so i could see. Only reason i could not give a highly satisfied with cleanliness of store was because there were painters in & there was some mess.(not really stores fault).

The store was in the middle of a refit We were still looked after very well even though it was not easy to get around The quality of the Tranquility mattress was excellent

Went to look for a mattress and to be honest, it's all a bit of a minefield. There are so many different types, prices, comfort levels etc but the assistant was really helpful and knowledgeable. We finally decided on one which will suit myself and my husband. Excellent service throughout our visit.
