ASSISTANT VERY HELPFUL. IT WAS AN X DISPLAY MATTRESS SO EVERYTHING EXPLAINED TO ME. WAS ABLE TO DELAY DELIVERY AS NOT NEEDED YET ALSO GIVEN OPPORTUNITY TO CHANGE DELIVERY DATE IF AVAILABLE. ASSISTANT ACTUALLY OBLIGED BY LYING ON MATTRESS WITH ME TO CHECK THAT WIGHT EVENLY DISTRIBUTED!! GENERALLY AN AN OVERALL GOOD EXPERIENCE.

Great experience thanks to Claire with her helpfulness and knowledge we got the bed we wanted the only downfall is if we could have purchased yesterday would have saved £500 which is a bit gutting but she did manage to get us a smaller discount thanks

Help offered just right.... not too much or too little. Good explanation of the colour coding and mattress types

We came to buy a new bed with our busy 3year old and our newborn. The staff were all really lovely and understanding of our child's need to try all the beds and cuddle the giant teddy bear, two chatted with her and kept her entertained while Hollie helped us choose the best bed frame and mattress for our needs. Can't comment on quality of goods yet as it hasn't arrived yet.
