Dreams - Mansfield

Staff were absolutely lovely. They offered me coffee. Were patient and friendly and had excellent product knowledge. Xxxx

I went into dreams store in mansfield unsure on what mattress and bed to buy due to never really taking time to think about it, but came out with a new tv bed and mattress which I couldn't be more happy with. The staff member Louise that served us was so helpful and understanding to our needs.

Excellent customer service - sales assistant was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful.

Bev the sale person did everything to help us get what we wanted at a good price very frendly.the lead time would like better

We got what we wanted and the staff were helpful.

We found the store inviting, clean and with a superb range of products. We were welcomed by Bev, the assistant, in a friendly manner who briefly explained the pros & cons of the mattresses in store. We were not pressured into purchasing a paticular product and were left to make ou own choice. However Bev was there when needed.

Very friendly lady who provided great service, the computer systems were very slow that evening so we did have to wait over 30 minutes for it to clear.

Chris placed our order very smooth and we even had a coffee.

We popped in just before closing on Sunday. The team, but especially Claire, really looked after us, in encouraging us to try lots of mattresses to find just the right one. Giving us pro's and cons for each, enabling us to make a decision. I even got a cup of tea. We're we not rushed, nor pressured into anything. All in all, a good shopping experience. Well done Claire.
