Claire helped us pick out a mattress to suit us, given that my husband has back problems she was very knowledgable on what mattress would suit him and which firmness. She also went on to explain that the pillows you sleep on are vital and it turns out that we've both been suffering unnecessarily on that front. The pillows we purchased have already greatly improved our backs and we can't wait until our new bed set up comes at the end of February

Chris and Louise were brilliant with their help and made it a lot easier for me to find what type of bed I wanted and needed and gave good advice and showed plenty of options.

We liked the range of products available to view (and test) in the store. We had been disappointed in some other stores where only a limited number of beds were on display. We thought the prices and quality were very competetive . The assistant was very helpful and gave us all the information we needed to make our choice. She placed the order quickly and confirmed the delivery date while we waited.

We were left alone to walk around and have a look which was great instead of being accosted by a salesperson as soon as we walked through the door. Chris was fantastic in helping us choose a mattress and his knowledge was encyclopedic! We were looked after by the staff and even had two cups of tea!

Chris at the Mansfield store was extremely helpful, as soon as we explained what we wanted, he knew what mattresses to try out, he didn't rush us and took his time to answer every question we asked, therefore giving us the opportunity to decide on the right one. Very friendly staff, even offered us a drink and when it came to the time of ordering, took the time to go through every detail. We came away feeling very satisfied and looking forward to our new mattresses. Thank you Chris and staff.
