Christopher in the Mansfield store was very helpful with my grandma on assisting her to comfort mattress change helped her on and off the beds to see which one would be best and had the time to explain everything to her, the way he was with her was lovely and so friendly so thankypu Christopher for all your help and was also very helpful when it came to choosing a cabin bed for my son. The sales assistant was friendly but never pushy. Her product knowledge was excellent. We were even offered a coffee -outstanding customer service!

I was highly satisfied because the assistant was very good, her knowledge of the items great and she did not rush me or push me into buying something I did not want. Overall everything about my experience was simply great.

Staff were knowledgable,friendly and spent all the time needed whilst we looked at the beds we were interested in.Advising us on the quality and specifications of the different beds.Rav was really friendly had a sense of humour and was patient whilst we made our choice.He explained the products very well and went through the order process thoroughly.

We were very happy with our experience, Beverley, the sales advisor was very nice, she took her time explaining the different mattresses we were looking at and gave us good advice, she allowed us to spend some time on a bed whilst watching a a short introduction about the bed, she also made us a drink , which was very nice. She did not rush us into making a decision and gave us different payment options. We only actually went in to buy a new mattress but was so impressed with the product we ended up buying the whole bed. Thank you.

The overall experience from start to finish was very professional and helpful. We wasn't jumped on by sales assistant's as soon as we walked in. They gave us time to have a look around then introduced themselves and when we needed information and guidance they bent over backwards for us, and we didn't feel pressured into buying. Overall all staff at the Mansfield branch were polite and professional.

The lady Bev was brilliant explained every thing i wanted to know showed me the beds left me alone while i made my decision great no pressure not in my face BUT there when i needed her.The gentleman made me a cuppa while the purchase i bought was going through i was impressed. Thank you.
