Dreams - Mansfield

Chris at Dreams (Mansfield) was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products available. He offered us extra pillows to use when trying out the beds so that we could have a similar experience to what we are used to. He also spoke to us about the different mattresses on offer to make sure we got the one we wanted.

we were served by Chris who talked us through lots of options regarding matresses and bed we found Chris easy going, friendly and approachable . nothing was too much trouble for him. and we even had a cup of tea while ordering . asset to you're company !!!!

We went to buy a king sized ottoman bed frame and mattress. There was an extra 20% off sale prices which meant the beds were cheaper than anywhere else we had seen them. Beverley(we think) the sales advisor was very knowledgable and patient. She helped us pick a mattress and explained all our options to us slowly and carefully. The value for money we received was very good and we don't think anywhere else would have been able to compete with this and our overall safisfaction.

The member of staff who dealt with us couldn't do enough for us.very welcoming and a good friendly environment. There was no pressure to buy and he answered every question we had and gave us more information and the best advice.

Hollie took time to understand our needs and from that showed us the different mattresses that were available for us in different price ranges. She also took time to find a specific type of bed frame we were after.

Ease of placing order staff very helpful

I was approached by a member of staff who did not pressure me to commit to buying that day, (which I hate) but was given a booklet to take home and look at. I like this style of selling -non pressurised. I went back the following day once we, my son and I had chosen what bed he wanted. I was approached by another member of staff who was equally as nice. She helped me decide and offered me a drink while waiting to be taken through the buying process. Then I was talked through the process with no messing and with courtesy and kindness. Very good customer service all round
