Dreams - Mansfield

We were greeted within a few minutes, and our requirements were fully understood. We were shown what would be most suited to us with no pushy sales. We were only shown items not in our budget by request from us only, and it turns out we were happy to go above our budget to get the mattress we wanted. We were left alone while we had a moment to sample the mattresses which was perfect, so there was no awkward moments or pressure. We were very happy with our experience

Staff took time to find out what we wanted and had good knowledge of products to recommend us.

Claire was there to help from the moment we walked through the door and her knowledge of the product was fantastic.

My wife and were shopping in a nearby store and called into the shop merely to check prices. As there was no pressure from sales staff we had enough time to walk around to assess our needs against the mattresses in store. When a sales assistant came to us he was polite, respectful and was able to give advice on the types of mattress available. Because we had time to consider the options, we decided to purchase.

Because we wanted a gel mattress but we weren't sure of the type i.e. the firmness. The sales assistants were brilliant at advising us and giving us time to decide, their knowledge was up there with the best they answered every question we had with a cup of tea thrown in too. Can not say any more apart it was a stress free purchase made even easier by the staff.

Louise was very helpful and served us with a friendly smile and knew what we were looking for,she advised us without putting us down.EXCELLENT!!!!

We were given a demo of different ottoman beds and told different colours available and then tried out different mattresses. Very quickly Bev understood our requirements and was helpful and cheery.

Was given assistance straight away, was not rushed or pressured into buying. Pleasant staff.

Sales consultant Rav was friendly.good communication skills. Offered explanations on all beds/matresses.gave a printed quote no pressure to buy.we went to 3 other stores then went back to dreams.
