Your staff were very helpfull not pushy gave all the information asked for and left us to mull over our options before making a decision. Very professional throughout the experience. A bed is somethimg important but also there is a long gap between your purchases it nice to have understanding staff.

From as soon as we arrived at the store, we were greeted, and left to wander while looking around. Bev kept checking in every so often, and made me aware of a new product, which is the one I eventually went for. She was very good, and helped me with choosing a mattress, having me try different ones, and never got impatient with me, as I can be indecisive.

The Dreams employee who assisted us, Bev, was very helpful and knowledgeable. Bev listened to our requirements, showed us the options available, gave information when asked, but most importantly gave us time to think about our options. We appreciated her patience and would ask to see her again if making a future purchase.

I was approached very quickly and my needs were identified efficiently by Louise. She showed my to the mattresses that she though would meet my needs and allowed my to have a lie down and try them out. I tried 3 mattresses and chose the middle one- the Wakefield mattress. I had a great experience straight from walking into the shop. I was greeted by a lady called Bev who straight away offered to help me. I explained what I was looking for and she took me straight to the mattress to find the most comfortable one for me. She asked loads of questions to make sure I was completely happy. Then told me of a great Devan deal you had and a separate head board which was absolutely perfect for me and was a fantastic price. I had a fantastic first experience with your employees.

Friendly and Knowledgeable advice and attention from all the staff. We were treated as if we were friends and not just customers. The people with whom we spoke, from the Manager to the Salesman, who took care of us, turned the maze of buying a new bed into a pleasurable experience.
