The member of staff called Chris was very helpful and knowledgeable and did really well in explaining the different mattresses and experience explaining how divan would probably not fit up my stairs.

Me and my boyfriend came into store to look at buying a mattress for our new home, after not really knowing what actual type we wanted a lovely lady approached us asking us if we needed any help, she showed us around all the different types of mattresses and let us try them out by laying on them to find out what was most comfortable to us, she was friendly, polite and told us about the buy now pay later scheme which was so helpful as we made it evident we didnt want to spend alot of money on our mattress so she took us to the mattresses that were on offer. After deciding on the mattress we wanted, we decided to go ahead with purchasing and she made it very quick and simple as possible, thank you

Very helpful staff, especially when trying to book a delivery date

The staff were brilliant and friendly. Hollie showed us to the beds that would be suitable for what we wanted to purchase and gave us an insight to what the bed consisted of. Chris was also very helpful telling us about what the gel in the mattress regulated the heat while in bed. And also Chris showed us around the pillows and we tested them out to see which ones we preferred. Overall I was very happy with the service of your staff.

The lady who served me Bev, was extremely helpful and patient while I tried many mattresses.

We entered your shop in Mansfield and we saw the base for our bed straight away. Your sales adviser gave all the needed information and we ordered there and then the base.

The sales person, Louise was fantastic. Knowledgable and personable but not pushy. We visitored one weekend on a fact finding mission and was so happy with Louise's service we returned the following weekend to make the purchase. Note - if Louise had not been working that day we would have returned when she was.
