Dreams - Mansfield

We are very happy we used Dreams we tested a few beds and with the help from the assistant found the right bed for us..

Friendly, helpful and professional staff who took the time to show me what was available and what was on offer. My visit included an invitation to have a cup of coffee in the showroom while we went through the purchase paperwork. Staff were extremely polite and listened to my needs, which these days is a rarity! Also excellent free parking facilities (also a rarity these days)

Chris was very helpful and friendly and did his best to make sure we got the best possible products to suit our needs

Bev helped us find the mattress we were wanting to accommodate us both was very friendly approachable and listened at same time demonstrating knowledge of products

Having shopped at Dreams on two occasions in the past and been highly delighted with the sales and products I took my disabled Mother to purchase a new bed this week. Chris was the sales person and was very obliging and really helpful, he explained every thing. I like that Dreams has plenty of beds to choose from and of good quality. I also really liked that the old bed is going to be taken away on delivery of the new one. that has been a very big help to me. I will always consider shopping at Dreams in the future. Thank you Dreams

After spending along time considering what my new bedroom furniture would be I visited the Mansfield Store and was very impressed with Bevs friendliness and knowledge of the products. She was very attentive to our needs, but also gave time to discuss with family without a member of staff on your shoulder all the time which is always appreciated. Overall I was very satisfied.

The team on hand were knowledgable about the different product and gave good advice specific to what we had told them about our last mattress buying experience. They moved the mattress we liked onto another bed style to better replicate what we have at home, really helpful. Also, importantly, they were not pushy at all in selling to us.
