Staff made you feel welcome very pleasant but not intrusive would definitely recommend the store and products to friends and family

The assistant, Rav, who helped us was friendly, knowledgeable, had a lovely sense of humour and wasn't pushy in terms of selling us something - which is a welcome break from pushy sales people. Nothing was too much trouble for Arab and he went out of his way to suggest base & mattress combinations that we hadn't thought of and was very respectful of our budget and worked within that meaning we ended up purchasing our product on the day.
