There were many mattress's to choose from. The salesman was very efficient at showing us the different styles and had alot of knowledge regarding the products. we wern't rushed into making a decision .

Efficient service with needs fully understood and products that I needed sold and services adequately explained. Would recommend this store to a friend and would return for other products.

Sales Assistant made us aware that they were there if required. Provided the correct level of advice and support showing a good product knowledge.

Louise was great, I wasn't aware of a lot of things before speaking to her. We got a coffee and she explained everything in fine detail very competent

We were given lots of opportunity to try different beds and the sales asst was very friendly and knowledgeable

From the moment myself and my wife entered you're Mansfield store Beverley (sales assistant) made herself clearly available to us but did not come running over to pester us with 20 questions which made us feel very much at ease with no pressure to buy. Once we had made up our minds to buy, we went across to see Beverley and she was amazing help. She explained the bed we chose in unbelievable detail and then took us over to try out some mattresses. All in all apart from the huge range to choose from, it was Beverley that made this whole experience perfect for us in every way. From the moment we entered, selecting the bed and signed the paperwork, Beverley couldn't have done anything else to make it better or easier (even getting us a cup of tea!!). I will be delivering some flowers to the store in the near future to show how much we appreciate one of the best sales experiences we have ever had. I went to my local Dreams store in Mansfield Notts to place an order for a single bed I had seen on the website. I was met with a friendly assistant called Claire who helped me place my order and arranged for a delivery date of a Jakarta single bed. The bed arrived on the day and in the time slot given which was very convenient before I went to work. The bed was put together by a family member and took no more than an hour. No pieces were missing and the bed is great. Thank You.
