I placed my order online originally however the product delivered was wrong so I went into my local Dreams store (Mansfield) who were fantastic at resolving the issue. Chris Stubbins was the salesman who dealt with our problem in store and we were very pleased with the way he handled it and sorted it for us.

Very friendly & helpful with my requirements.We were given refreshments,&Christopher the salesman was very professional.

Bev was very helpful with showing the various type of single beds with trundle and price comparison for those with headboard and/or mattress and explained the various types of mattress.

I was greeted almost immediately we walked through the door. Claire asked if she could help and I explined my needs and she showeda variety of beds and prices to suit and also mattresses that would suit my needs and also a headboard that I had forgotten about as I was downsizing to 4ft from a kingsize. I think we were in the shop for less than 30 minutes and came away with an order that I was happy with. Claire was very professional, friendly and extremely helpful throughout the process.

The staff was very friendly there was no pressure at all, she explained everything about the beds and what colours where available. The assistant got us to try different mattresses to see which sooted us most. I felt embarrassed at first and didnt want to try the beds but she reassured me and said it was pointless getting a bed that didnt feel right.

The staff were fantastic . When we explained we had bought the bed 8yrs ago but the weight of the tempur mattress was causing problems with the frame due to it being to heaven, they relocated my details and gave me the number to call to claim on my original insurance as I had lost the documents during the move. As we had originally paid over £4000 cash this was a huge relief. We then purchased the lighter mattes switch just a tempur topper as suggested by the sales staff as a great compromise for both our sleeping needs. I always have a great experience shopping at dreams, and always suggest the store when my friends ad family are looking too
