Rav at Mansfield store amazing gentleman even offered us a cup off coffe now that's 5* service. From Darren & Aimie.

We were allowed to brouse without anyone being pushy and when we had decided on our selection we asked for information and a very pleasant man came and helped us answered all our questions and nothing was too much trouble we even got offered coffee he was polite and friendly and normal we were very happy with everything .

Highly Satisfied with way you where left alone to browse. And the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff when assistance was required. Our assistant (Chris)was very knowledgeable on the item we where interested in (Beds), His knowledge of both the retail side as well as the installation process was very helpful. This helped speed up the purchase of our new bed. His friendly approach also made the payment process painless. (He also makes a good cup of coffee, which helped seal the deal) I would consider using "Dreams" again when considering another purchase.

Chris was very welcoming from the moment we arrived in the store, we were offered a drink and given time to look around the store before being offered further assistance. This meant we did not feel pressured. Chris has very good knowledge about the products and was able to ensure that these products would meet our needs. Chris also gave us a price match guarantee. My mum and I were very impressed by the customer service in store, both of us saying it is the best we have ever received.

We never felt pressured the whole time we we're in store. We had every question answered, and given lots of help with choosing what was right for us. The assistant made us tea and coffee while we waited for a till to become available.

Our assistant Bev was very helpful in helping us choose our mattress and nothing was to much trouble for her

We have been served as equals and not spoken down too or patronised, we had a few laughs with the sales lady who was openly nice and knowledgeable, the whole shopping experience was quite relaxing and we achieved our aim of a quality mattress at a known good price and supplied in just days. The final issue is always the dreaded delivery, and on this occasion faultless, on time, advanced phone call and Two well mannered delivery crew.
