Dreams - Mansfield

Your sales assistant Bev, in the Mansfield store could not do enough for us, she was very friendly and had great product knowledge. She spent a long time helping us with our purchase. What a lovely lady.

Friendly staff and beautiful bed

Chris at the Mansfield shop was extremely helpful and demonstrated fully how good the Tempur mattress and pillows are.

Approached by a very friendly sales assistant, explained what we were looking for and he knew straight away which product to show us. My son was very impressed with how he demonstrated the strength of the draws in the bed! (He even told the other shop we went into about it!) Never felt pressured into making a purchase. We ended up going back into dreams to buy the bed, mentioned that i had seen a deal online (dreams website) and the store price matched it with free delivery. Got offered a hot drink on both occassions of visiting the store. Could not fault any of the customer service we got, chris was fantastic! Have had a bed from you before but will def come back a third time. Cant wait to get this one for my son.

The assistant, Claire, was friendly, very helpful & patient whilst I chose the beds I needed. I have bought beds from Mansfield Dreams earlier this year and was highly satisfied, this is the reason I returned, the service really does count.

Staff extremely friendly. Easy to see and try out a range of beds and mattresses and also allowed our children to try out beds they were interested in

Such lovely friendly staff and obviously genuinely so. Helpful and "normal"! Know their stuff and products/ prices . We were even offered a drink. Well done Mansfield store! A pleasure to come and buy from you. We don't do shopping normally and only when we have to. These guys restored our faith.
