This is second time I have purchased from your store and have always found friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff, the mattress purchased last year is very good and hopefully this new bed will be as good.

Laura helped us at the start and then Bev took over and Laura stayed with us and gave additional help and guidance. Both staff gave exemplary attention to us, and we cannot thank them enough. We were completely ignorant about Tempur mattresses and they e planned everything .... More than once...about beds and pillows.

Bev the assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable and patient!

We knew what we wanted from the store as we've shopped here before. We advised Claire and she very quickly helped us and advised us so the experience was quick and easy.

We was made to feel very welcome has soon as we arrived, Bev listened to our needs and shown us the best beds to suit us, we didn't feel rushed, she left us to discuss it between me and my partner, but came back frequently to check we was ok. We was all offered a drink.
