Dreams - Mansfield

All staff were curteous and friendly. The Sales Adviser who dealt with my purchase ( RAV ) was extremely helpful and knowledgable. He took the time to explain the differences in the range of Item I was considering to purchase. He showed me a range of products that were not on display in store, on the brilliant sized visual monitor. This helped me decide on my purchase. I was extremely pleased with the overal, excellent Customer Service and will definately be returning to the Mansfield Dreams Store in the near future.

The assistant, Bev was excellent. Also when we rang beforehand the other lady was very knowledgeable.

Louise was very happy to help even though closing time. Was very prepared to stay and help.

We were not hassled at all when entering the store and the person who served us was very professional at looking after us ( Laura ) .

Rav was really lovely and encouraged us to take our time with the mattress we like. He even got some better pillows so we could see it for ourselves. He also let us try our mattress with the base we liked to see how it sat and couldn't be more helpful. I liked that he wasn't in our face alot - other stores tend to make you feel harassed but the the store I visited was lovely and there was always staff to help if needed but gave you privacy too.
