This visit was our second visit to store. On our first visit around 2 months ago we were faced with a hard sell sales person which put us off buying a mattresses from dreams. However today (19th June) we decided to visit again, we didn't intend to buy anything simply research and price match. However Claire approached us and was very nice, informative, not pushy, answered our questions with confidence. After shopping around and asking Claire a couple more questions we decided to purchase there and then. The sales process was quick and efficient and staff were keeping us informed every step of the way.

When entering the store the assistant let us know they where available then let us look round at our leisure without pestering us. Much appreciated

We were given time to look at our pace once we had explained to the assistant we wanted to browse. She then came over again to explain the mattress rating to us we found her to be most helpful and friendly. Once we had chosen our bed she kindly offered us a coffee whilst she did the paper work for us.

We found what we wanted to view, had assistance, order process smooth and to be delivered this week. Free delivery also included. As someone who prefers shopping on the net for ease, this was an easy transaction hence rating.

I was fortunate to meet BEV who I felt was very experienced in her knowledge. I explained I was looking for a mattress and at the moment I had an IKEA bed. I was also possibly considering a bed frame which would fit an standard mattress. I explained I had back problems resulting from pins in my hip due to a fracture 8 years ago. Bev showed me a variety of mattresses which she felt would suit me. I tried them and was considering making a choice On my way through the store I sat on a Tempura mattress Bev did point out that this was expensive. I told her I realised this as I had had one many years ago. At no time did Bev pressure me to purchase the mattress. She gave efficient but unbiased advice. When I said I was interested she showed me "The Pod" and the technical side of Tempura was explained. I felt my decision to spend more than twice the amount I had intended was solely mine and not due to excessive Salesmanship which I thought was a pleasant experience as I would have been deterred if I felt she was trying to maximise the price I was prepared to spend. All in all I feel Bev has exceptional talent in Sales and I hope her career will go far in your company

The service was great Rav was great, asked plenty of questions about my needs, what bed i have and do i get warm during the night. Picked out a few great examples, which ended up me buying the one i thought was best, Explained to me the 40 night guarantee which is a great thing to have. Rav also took the time to go through the different pillows and bedding they had available. Fantastic

My fiance and I are very satified with the experience at Dreams because we found exactly what we were looking for. As soon as we walked in and were having a look around a lady from the staff came up to us and asked how she could help us, so i told her that we are looking for a mattress as cheap as possible and she offered a massive discount just because of some spots on the mattress. In general we are really satified with the visit at the store, the incredibly helpfu staff and the mattress.

nothing was to much trouble for the staff in explaining the different types of beds and pillows and prices
